Feelings Wheel

How to use

• Tap a feeling to select it; tap again to unselect. Select as many as you like.
• Press & hold a selected feeling, then drag (right/up = more) to give it an intensity from 1–10. Drag it back down to remove the intensity.
• Drag anywhere else to spin the wheel.
• Tap the center to clear everything.
• The ☰ button (bottom right) lists what you've selected — add a thought to each feeling, then save or copy the table as an image for your journal.
